By creating or using a Cirelink account to arrange the delivery of your products, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not use Cirelink to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, impersonate another person, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
3. Your Cargo & Prohibited Items
You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us about your cargo — its contents, weight, value, and the pickup and drop-off addresses. You may not send us illegal, hazardous, or restricted goods (for example weapons, narcotics, or counterfeit products). We may inspect or refuse any cargo we reasonably believe does not comply with these terms or the law.
4. Pricing, Quotes & Payment
Delivery pricing is provided as a quote before pickup, based on the route, distance, and size of the load. A quote may change if the actual cargo differs from what you described. Payment is due on the terms we agree before or on delivery.
5. Delivery & Timeframes
We aim to deliver your cargo within the timeframe we estimate, but delivery times are estimates and can be affected by road conditions, weather, or events outside our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delay.
6. Responsibility for Cargo
We take reasonable care of your cargo from pickup to drop-off. Our liability for loss or damage is limited except where applicable law provides otherwise, and does not cover indirect losses or lost profit. High-value or fragile items should be declared before pickup.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or is used fraudulently or unlawfully.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use of your account after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
